unreachable numbers

Hello,

i noticed that the numbers not listed on the buy addons page are unable to be reached by our Public Mobile phones on this network at this time. i really would like to know what the reason is for us customers not being able to contact those numbers!? it thouroughly interests me because there has to be a very specific reason why we cannot communicate with those lines.

in otherwords, what is it that makes those number disqualified?

I thought the same thing, in fact I thought this was the same thread,

The numbers referenced are very expensive to access, so rather than paying for the connection, PM has decided to disallow the service.

I think that might have been yesterday with someone asking if the exclusion list is current.
