      <description>&lt;P&gt;You're going to need to be a bit more specific. What have you done already to troubleshoot the issue? How old is your device--is it possible that it is carrier-locked? Did you port your phone number already?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It could be that your Bell phone is not unlocked. Contact Bell and tell them that you want to unlock your phone. It should have the bell SIM card in it when you call them. Simply dial 611. Once they confirm your phone is unlocked put the Public Mobile SIM in your phone and you should see it working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
