Try to reset it by clicking on forgot my passwrod. Shouldn't be an issue...

Sometimes, you may have to wait for around 30 minutes, to receive password link on registered e-mail. Try waiting for and see if works.

The issue with that is I think that the reset link has a time expiry. If not used in time, it won't work. @Brettleryan86 has said can't get into email account, so it doesn't matter if email was sent.
