What are the things that can be done to give rewards? Specifically in the community, how do you receive rewards in the community?

You can earn community rewards by participating in the community forum with posts and replys. You can also receive badges and bravos for your contributions. Also for providing accepted solutions to posts.

You get community reward by help other members' issue with their plan.

First step is to learn how the PM system operate by reading members questions and solutions. After a while, you will know what you can help and what issues can only be solved by moderator as we cannot access PM account.

The regulars on the forum joke that you can make more money collecting bottles and cans. To get the higher rewards, you will need to spend too many hours.

If you like to help others, just do whatever you have time. The reward is just a bonus.

Reading the knowledge articles is a good place to start to gain knowledge to help others.

Welcome to the PM community.

Community rewards are determined from a combination of all your monthly activity, including topics started, replies made, bravos received, bravos given, solutions authored, etc. Only PM knows the exact formula by which these are all evaluated monthly. Note: In order for rewards to be credited, the e-mail address listed in your community and self-serve accounts must match.

The best way forward is to be helpful whenever you can, and participate in discussions, but avoid repeating what has already been covered in a topic. Give bravos and solutions where they are due. Focus on quality instead of quantity (i.e. don't post simply to increase your stat count). Keep learning from others and by researching previous topics, thereby improving your own ability to help others.

Honestly, where rewards are concerned, members should only spend time they can afford to waste in the community, because rewards are miniscule compared to the hours of effort required to earn them, especially for the upper reward levels.
