@Travisgraybc The first thing you need to find out which type of PUK that you need.

The PUK of your sim card can only be obtained by opening a moderator ticket. To do that, click this link: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/

If your phone is prompting for SIM Network Unlock PUK, your phone is not unlocked. You would need to contact the original carrier.

If it is for the phone I don't think Moderators would have that information.

Agree. Puk code is for SIM lock - NOT for phone(network) lock. I did not said it is for phone lock. When people ask for puk code, I assume that it is for SIM lock.
