There is new plan under plans and add-ons for $60 but it is not advertise under plan section.

10GB of data at 3G speed4

Unlimited International Text and Picture Messaging3
Voicemail and Call Display

@Tom19 This plan started being offered yeaterday morning. Unlike the previous $60 plan, U.S. roaming isn't included. Also, there is no 500MB Autopay bonus.

The previous plan was a lot better. It came in really handy for people who were travelling to the US and made it more convenient than having to go and buy a travel sim. Or pay for a crazy expensive add.

That depends. If roaming is needed, old plan is better. If more data in Canada is needed, new plan is better.
