Cannot submit a self serve password reset ticket using the link provided by the bot as my community credentials are not accepted at the login screen. I can provide the Pin I set on the account however all other details are forgotten. What are my options at this point?

Make sure to check your email often (including junk folder) as the password reset email has a two hour expiry window.
