    <description>&lt;P&gt;The thing is ocn was correctly setup for second line. I believe because the number was ported from TELUS. Point being there is a technical solution on the back end. The question is will PM process it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. I already completed the codes and that is how ended up with the OCN error. The carrier needs to manually set up the conditional call forwarding to resolve the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
