If you changed your plan and chose "Change now" instead of "chang on next renewal", then you are charged right away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could also be an error from the system. Can you post a screenshot of your payment history of the last 2-3 months (don't show your account number (top right) or any other personnal information...), that could help pinpoint what happened &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
