So click on the ? on the lower right hand corner and create a support ticket by chatting with SIMon. Once you think it understands you type submit ticket. Expect to hear from the moderators in a couple of days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your service need to be renewed, you will have to rely on 611 and maybe even vouchers if you don't have a valid credit card on file, so plan accordingly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you still have service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
