      <description>&lt;P&gt;The absolute easiest way to do this is by going to a wireless provider depot at the mall or you will have to order or buy a sim card and activate it yourself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't think Samsung does self locking any longer with newer models.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm pretty sure all phones bought in Canada come factory&amp;nbsp;unlocked this days. All you need is to buy a PM sim card and activate it on line or just go to Walmart/ wow mobile and have them doing it all for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
