Make sure not to let anyone else know your private details and protect your information on your computer with a virus scanner, don't let your browser or use password remember tools.

Hopefully in the future public mobile allows us to set a sim / port out request change password.

What is a sim swap scam?

Sim changes can only be made via Self-serve so ensure you have a strong password.
