Disable sim swap?

I recently heard about the sim swap scam and was wondering if there was a way to disable this for my account. If not is there any way to set up an account pin to try to help prevent fraud from happening?

@AlexC1The only way to really protect yourself here is to set a strong self serve password and keep your account information / secondary contact number / email address updated. Make sure not to let anyone else know your private details and protect your information on your computer with a virus scanner, don't let your browser or use password remember tools.

Hopefully in the future public mobile allows us to set a sim / port out request change password.

Sim changes can only be made via Self-serve so ensure you have a strong password.
