US roaming did not work

Hi there

we bought the add-on for US roaming talk and text and it didn't work!!! We were only across the border for 2 days and we couldn't get it to work. Can you please refund the $15. This was for the time period of Sep 30-Oct 3.

When you log into My Account, do you see an extra $15 sitting in Available Funds ? I'm thinking you might have paid for the add-on, but neglected to go back and actually "buy' it. Sound about right ?

When did you buy the add-on? Did you buy it more than 10 days early?
