    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your best bet is to reach out to &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/" target="_self"&gt;moderators&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the status of your account when you log in to self-serve?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What plan are you on, do you still have minutes left?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are the callers directed to voicemail or do they hear an error message?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you work/live/spend time in signal dead zones with say metal roof. Did you change your phone recently how is your signal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Friends family and work have tried &amp;nbsp;to get through and can't at different timesI have tried the bot help and it told me to leave a msg here and a tech would get ahold of me , Thanks no other replies needed except actual techs from public thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
