I paid for an addon, the account history shows I paid for the addon yesteday, and the site shows that I have no add on.

How do I get this fixed? I'm stuck and need that immediately.

Now you need to do the second step which is to purchase the add-on itself.

You've done the first step of adding money into the account.

Looking further, another case of filling in a form to purchase, it transfers funds to the account but does not give the service requested.

Do you still see the amount you paid in your Available Funds? (or more) If so then you need to actually buy the add-on. It's just the way the thing works.
