I cannot resister my Virtual Visa Debit Card because the system does not support an expiration date after 2024.

The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Moderator Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am(Eastern) to 12 am(Eastern) and Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am(Eastern) to 10 pm(Eastern).

@Bouutidt, this is a known issue, and the Oracles have requested something to be done about this already. I've added to the conversation today on this topic.

In the short term, please buy a voucher (online at recharge.com is available) and use that to pay for your service, or use another card.

As a follow-up, I too attempted last week to add a new virtual card myself, but with a 2022 year. It failed on my first attempt, as it's a prepaid virtual Visa, but it worked as soon as I had funds on the card.
