My plan is 45.00 a month why is my account being charged 57.50 to be topped up?

@Lconnell , from what I can tell taxes are not listed in the account but it is charged. The difference in your case seems a lot more than taxes. Take a close look at each item in your payment history. That should explain the charges. If you are adding money manually, extra top up will give you a positive account balance.

Can you take s screenshot of your payment history and blackout/zoomout any sensitive info

There currently are no $45 / 30 day plans at Public Mobile. If you have a $50 / 30 day plan and live in NB, NFLD or NS with highest taxes...then it is correct. Log into My Account to confirm your plan detail. Let us know what plan you have if I'm incorrect.

Perhaps the plan is $50 + 15% tax would be $57.50.
