when i call in my payment voucher pin number it wont accept it. now i have no service.can anyone help?thanks

@chris121 Did you try redeeming the voucher (12 digit pin) from your self-serve account? Sometimes you have to wait a couple of hours before the voucher actually activates. If you still unable to redeeme it, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they will look into it.

Do you mean using the 611 service to add the voucher?

As mentioned, the voucher code is 12 digits.
