      <description>&lt;P&gt;i am trying to set up an account, i already paid for a $25 plan and i have the voucher but it is asking me to select a payment plan and i cant get any farther. the sim card is also not working. thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What do you mean couldn't get further? Did you get to the final screen or do you only mean phone service doesn't work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
