      <description>&lt;P&gt;typically if there is a system glitch that caused teh doupbel payment then actual&amp;nbsp; refunds can be given i believe.&amp;nbsp; Refunds when issued can take up to 30 days, so in&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;most cases the funds are simply put as&amp;nbsp; availale funds&amp;nbsp; for next renewal instead of refunds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I was able to get my credit card refunded for an accidental top-up- it did take some time though, I think it was 2-3 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
