      <description>&lt;P&gt;My plan was up so I put a voucher in and my plan took my money but my phone will not work even though I payed for my plan.im payment history it shows up as a debit transaction but I used a voucher and the plan still will not work and it’s been a day with no service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
