I recently am without a phone so I'm using my tablet I put my sim card into the tablet but its not working it says network locked and it requires a password or something which I do not know how do I get it unlocked so I am able to use my tablet for texting?

Network locked means it is locked go another carrier. Contact them for unlocking.

The tablet is locked to the original provider wholsold it to you. You will need to contact them to get an unlock code.

@TyraSince iPads don't get locked.. is your tablet a Samsung tablet? If so you can get the unlock code via chat function from the Samsung website.
