If that doesn't work reseting the whole phone usually does the trick!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Read up on lg phone and no data on the community&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>New customer activation.  Cannot get data to worl</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Calling and texting works.&amp;nbsp; Data/MMS does not&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I have tried so far:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- setup APN (and triple checked all settings are correct)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- reset network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- factory reset device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- restart phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hardware info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- lg v20&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- hs997 (Sprint variant)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- unlocked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've spent the past few hours reading forums and trying everything but cannot get it to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise. Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try apn type of default,mms&amp;nbsp; in small letters and no space before or after the comma.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Before posting this question I had reset network settings as well as reset phone.&amp;nbsp; Neither of things on their own solved the problem.&amp;nbsp; Adding "default,MMS" to the APN type field solved the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
