To be clear, if you paid twice last month, discuss that with the moderators to be credited. You will still have to pay for this month; it's not credited automatically because of paying twice last month. If your renewal date is coming up, make the payment for this month, as you would normally do.

I had the same problem. I paid for May 2019, but for some reason my account became suspended with no service and it said I had to pay again. I paid again and I got service back. Right now I'm communicating with the mods to get my account credited, since I paid twice for month of May
