Caller Display not working?

So I just signed up for the $25 plan here at Public Mobile and I thought I would at least know what the phone number calling me would be but, when I do get a call it just shows the number 999-999-9999, is this normal or is there something wrong?

It could be from the person calling you. Can you see the number from other calls ? If you have another phone maybe try calling your cell# to see if it is displayed.

No name display at Public Mobile. The number's all 9's? Is it all calls?

Try importing your contacts into the SIM.

I tried it with a different phone but now it just says: No Caller ID, and it is from a number I saved in my contacts.

it still should display the number. Did you try restarting your phone as this sounds very odd to my for this display?

Check your call usage on your account. What numbers are calling you?

Yes, how do I import contacts to my SIM? My caller display also isn’t working.

you try to import contact from phone to SIM? Only phone numbers and names will be transferred to SIM, this can follow this if it is an Samsung, other Android would be similar:

For call display issue, if someone who called you, and his number is on your contact or on your SIM, is it not showing at all? saying private number?

did you try from different phone numbers and if you get same result?
