I have a plan with texting

But when I send a message PM replies I don't have it includes in my plan

I can't send or recieve messages from anyone other then the PM BOT telling me I don't have texting included

Anyone can help ?

I am getting the same error with a new plan activated yesterday.

Looks like its a global issue?
