      <title>Unable to make calls</title>

      <description>I have signed up for a call, text and data plan. But when I try to make a call, I get a message that I don't have a calling plan! But I can receive call. Please help!</description>

It requries wifi or cellular data to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you still able to send/receive texts and use data?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
