I found the shortcode in the master list but still cannot send or receive text?

shortcode is a set of numbers (usuaLLY 5) that is not a phone #, usually used by banks etc.

shortcodes are strictly for testing purpose

@mtse1 I know show short codes from certain banks and stuff don't work with public mobile. You can search it in the community and you'll find info about it

Some shortcode texts doe work, while others don't.
