      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you need a PUK code and use a previous provider ?&amp;nbsp; What brand and model of phone do you have ?&amp;nbsp; if your phone is locked to a previous provider then you would need to contact them to unlock your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is a Samsng you would need to contact them otherwise, you would need to submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on teh bottom right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a samsung s6 from fido. They gave me an unlock code but it won't work. They told me they need a puk code but I couldn't find it how can I got it. I can use my phone now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Otherwise, it's a code for your sim card and you get that from Public Mobile. You need to know which one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
