Input my plan on an I was charge twice an now my account is over draft because it was enough funds to cover this my bank said to contact you please help me

This is my third attempt can someone please help me I need a refund am not please I only wanted to pay for my current plan an that’s it why was I charge twice cArd # ending 0371
