You can only pick your own PIN when you activate Sim card and set up self service account. After set up I'm not sure you can.

@RossN is right moderators are the only ones who can change it for you so just message them. They did it for me a while back, forgot mine too:)

But you might have a bit of a wait hearing back though.

The PIN that you created during activation will have been sent to your phone in a text. See if you still have it.
