Hello guys,

I have created an accont and I can not log in. You should have a phone line for custumer service.

If you are completely locked out, click the “?” on the lower right hand side of this screen to get to a moderator.

Try clearing cache or different browser or incognito/privacy mode.

Is your new SIM (phone) working?

Community account is different than “Self-Serve” account. You need to activate (or have an active line) with Public Mobile to create a “Self-Serve” account.
