      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I paid for the same plan as I ususally do on April 23rd. My transaction history says I paid for the plan and it says my account cycle is active. However, I cannot send or receive texts, access data, or make any calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am worried because I have paid for what I am not getting and I need to use my phone for work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/73175"&gt;@JohnRichard&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; ince your account shows active, could you post a screenshot of your payment history?&amp;nbsp; BTW, do you have an account balance showing.&amp;nbsp; Also, trying the lost/found phone trick could reset the plan.&amp;nbsp; First report phone as lost.&amp;nbsp; Log out, wait a few minutes, then log back in and report it found.&amp;nbsp; Then restart the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try the lost phone trick to reset your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To report your phone stolen. &amp;nbsp;Login to your account. &amp;nbsp;Choose&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plans and Add-ons&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;tab. Then choose&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Lost/Stolen Phone&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab. &amp;nbsp;The choose&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Suspend Service&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab. &amp;nbsp;Logout.&amp;nbsp; Wait few minutes.&amp;nbsp; Login in and report your phone found.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
