      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a public mobile simcard&amp;nbsp; with $15 plan atWalmart yesterday. They are the one who activated my card. I can't make a call but I can send txt message.. I hope there's someone who can help me. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First, make sure you've subscribed to a plan that includes calls / Talk. And that the number you're calling is within your subscription region (in province, in Canada, Us/International).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But also, I recall when I first joined Public Mobile with a Samsung Galaxy SIII that was unlocked from Bell, I had to switch to WCDMA/GSM network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings - More Networks - Mobile Network - Network mode. It could take a good 5 minutes to auto connect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also had to go into Access point names (APNs) and add Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Name Public Mobile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MMSC &lt;A href="http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/MB/mmsc" target="_blank"&gt;http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/MB/mmsc&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MMS proxy 74.49.0.18&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MMS port 80&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MCC 302&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MNC 220&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I added that, it found the network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
