      <description>&lt;P&gt;Either my username doesn't&amp;nbsp; work or my password. After two tries, I get message I've exceeded&amp;nbsp; number of tries. I've tried different&amp;nbsp; combinations without success.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need a moderator to help me get in and reset. Or what else can I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
