      <title>PM won't accept payment</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to pay my bill for days and getting a variety of error messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Most often, it tells me it cannot verify my credit card information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I searched for this problem and tried everything this site suggests.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have double checked that everything matches my card info exactly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried paying in multiple different browsers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried in incognito mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have removed my card and then added it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried entering my address in several different ways (with the apt number in the main address, with it in the apt number space).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of this has helped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My information is correct. I have the money. I need my phone back. Please help. Today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can try address without apt OR add the apt number as a prefix.&lt;BR /&gt;e.g. Address = "123 MAIN ST" or "100-123 MAIN ST"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey thanks a ton for this very practical advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got some payment vouchers and am back in service!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will contact the moderators to try to solve the larger problem before my next bill due, but at least I've got a phone again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
