Login Disabled

I was having issues with my phone, and a MOD said my login was disabled and to create a new one. Now it tells me the email/username is in use. Long story short my phone had no service so I could not receive the verification code. My issue has since been fixed but now I can not get into my account.

Did you try the Forgot your password? link?
