If you have a valid registered payment card on file here you can use the 611 service to make a payment.

Or buy a voucher in many stores or online and also use the 611 service.

Then figure out why you can't log in.

Try a different browser/incognito mode, wait one hour before retrying. You can pay by dialling 611 from your phone too.

Wait an hour and try again.

If still locked, create a support ticket using the ? botton at the bottom right corner.

Can’t log into my account and my other account I can’t get onto the community. It says I already have an account and nothing matches.

There are two different logins one for the community and the other for your self serve.

If you can log into your self serve account then try the forgot password link. If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the bubble on the bottom right corner
