      <description>&lt;P&gt;What error do you get when trying to make one time payment and auto payment error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can not make one time payment, only moderator can find out why if it is their system issue or your payment method issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We need more info to find out why.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK I think it is fixed. The last time I tried to make a payment it didn't work. This time I applied the necessary amount to top up my account and it went through and now my account shows the correct balance and my service is no longer suspended. I 'll see what happens in a month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Check the autopay date on the bottom of Self-serve and the plan renewal date. They should be the same day.
