      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey so I woke up this morning to having no service and I have tried turning my phone on and off I have tried removing the battery and SIM card I have checked my bill payment which is not due until October 13th I'm stumped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/101642"&gt;@Kat125&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you could try the Sim card in another phone of you have access to one just to rule that out!&amp;nbsp; Maybe it's a tower that's down around where you live also&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on the $45 a month plan and it is actually not just my phone but it's down a note my friend's cell phone is saying no service as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
