@Jrhaine08 - Try the forgot password link. If you don't get the email within a half hour or so, use SIMon (question mark) to open a ticket. Just type something like Forgot Password into SIMon, and follow the prompts to open a ticket. Response time could be anywhere from a couple of hours to a few days.

Did you try the lost PWD link? It takes some time but I think it still works.

Check often as the code expires after 2hrs?

Otherwise, you'll need moderator help.

Check your junk mail folder too just in case.
