      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could purchase a voucher or use recharge.com and call 611 to make a payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try using a different browser and incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Also clear your cache and cookies the reboot.&amp;nbsp; If you still have problems the submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In fact, if you already have credit card on file use 611 to make a payment from it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;First wait a couple of hours, and try the account reset function again using incognito mode on your browser: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If that fails, create a ticket to subnit to the moderators. As response time is 2 - 5 days, you will need a backup plan if you cannot make a payment via 611.
