You can select a new number with PM once you activate your SIM. You have to follow the procedure by clicking on 'get started' to start your activation process online.

Yes, you will need to activate the sim and receive a phone#.

Once you get your SIM, activated online. During this process you will have an option to port or pick a new number. You will be presented with a series of numbers to pick from and you can even try to choose the last 4 digits. Welcome to the PM family.

@Andyadam and if you don't want to order a Sim online you can go to Walmart, London drugs, wow mobile store or the mobile shop and buy a Sim card! Most places sell them without activating there. Also don't forget a refferal code to get a 10$ credit when you activate
