Yes..but be aware that it could take several days for the port to be successful.

Porting from voip.ms is like porting from a landline. This may take up to three weeks to process, so any outbound calls will display your number on Public Mobile but all inbound calls will go to voip.ms until you receive a text saying your port was completed.

It takes a couple days and sometimes up to a couple of weeks. Just depends on when the company releases the number. All calls will go to your VOIP until you recieve a text message confirming that the port was successful. In the mean time, while waiting for the VOIP to transfer, you will get a temporary number as well too.
