    <description>&lt;P&gt;i use my visa debit card and it only gives me an option for 10.00 or changes plan but when i hoose either it tells me nothing is due..... very frustrating already tried the lost stolen phone and adding an extra dollar&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
