      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear customer service,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few days ago I bought a public Simcard and I registered on the site. But when I signed again for Auto Payment, I received an error regarding my user and pass and my account was locked!
