      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm currently on $35 plan (1.5GB). I've been charged $39.25 from my bank account. Rewards have not been applied to the payment ($6). If you can please refund back my extra money that will be great for last two months.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
