I didn't even know you could see "disabled"&amp;nbsp; in self serve, does it say suspended, plan expired, active, or?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you post a screen shot of your account overview (minus personal details) we can get a better understanding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
