Rewards not applying?

On a 90-day plan for $120 that shows I get $6 loyalty reward and $6 autopay reward. Upon payment, I'm still being charged the full $120 to my credit card. Confused as to where the reward perks come in?

Taxes? 120-12*1.12=120.96 on the cc.
