I wonder if that is the reason you did not get any text. Wait till tomorrow and see if you get a text. If not, it is a good idea to add funds (plan cost-rewards) manually to your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a good idea to check your account online and as suggested by &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5106"&gt;@NDesai&lt;/a&gt;, to manually add funds when needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a similar issue this month regarding AutoPay.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Paying-for-your-service/PSA-Am-I-headed-towards-account-suspension/td-p/352940" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Paying-for-your-service/PSA-Am-I-headed-towards-account-suspension/td-p/352940&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the AutoPay date at the bottom your Overview page is also set as "May 7 2019", then you'll need to take action.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I checked the available balance has sufficient funds to cover. but one thing I don't get it, if the renew is April 14, on the bottom it should be 30 days, I.e. may 14. but it shows may 11, and above mentioned is May 7. not matter may 7 or may 11, it is short than 30 dsys.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Is that means need to manual load the money?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was discussing the text message payment reminders with the Oracles earlier, and for my April renewal, I only received a reminder the day before renewal and 11 hours before midnight, while in the past, it was always received 2.5 days before&amp;nbsp;plan expiry/renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, the reminder has been slightly reworded and now makes no mention of any date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
